What geographical area do you serve?

We have fabricated and shipped items as far as California and completed large construction projects all over the Midwest.

What is the best way to obtain a quote for our project?

Feel free to call our office any time Monday through Friday, 7 a.m to 4:30 p.m. You may also email us for information at sales@csemorse.com.  Your email will be sent directly to our project management and estimating staff, as well as directly to one of the owners.

Are you bonded?

Yes, we are bonded to a single project limit of $10,000,000.

Do you warranty your work?

Absolutely. We warranty our labor and workmanship for one year and all equipment is warrantied per the original manufacturer.

Do you do residential HVAC work?

No, we do not do residential HVAC work.

Do you charge for providing estimates?

No, no matter the size of your project, we do not charge for providing estimates. We will, however charge a fee should you ask us to design your custom fabrication or HVAC/R system.

What are your payment terms?

Assuming an acceptable credit application, our terms are Net 30. However, we understand the ever changing budget constraints of all companies nowadays, and can work with you to establish different terms should that make your project more feasible.

Do you accept EFT and Credit Cards as a form of payment?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate your wire as payment, and currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

How long will it take to provide me with pricing for my project?

It depends on the size and nature of the project. A small fabrication may be priced the same day as your request. A larger fabrication or construction project may take several days. We make all attempts to obtain material/equipment pricing from several vendors so that our customers receive the most competitive price from us.

I have an issue at my facility that I do not know how to resolve.  Can you come to our site and help me?

Yes. CSE Morse prides itself on providing creative solutions to the most difficult fabrication and mechanical problems. We understand that the majority of our customers are engaged in the production of a product and that’s where their focus is. Let us handle your tough questions and provide you with creative process solutions.

Can you provide references?

Yes. We would be happy to provide you with a wide variety of customer references.  We respect our customer’s privacy and time and therefore, while you will see many satisfied customers quoted on our website, we will only provide Company names and contacts for reference upon your individual request.
