Meet Our Family

Bruce Boyer

Bruce graduated with honors from Nazareth College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. After nearly a decade working for a mechanical contractor Bruce started CSE Sheet Metal in 2001 with two other partners. By 2006, the two partners had either moved on or retired and Bruce became partners with Nick Zygadlo. The leadership and shared focus that they have is the foundation for the future of CSE Morse. Bruce has handled all kinds of sheet metal projects from custom fabrications to HVAC systems and everything in between. He has worked in all areas of the industry from Automotive, Food, Pharmaceutical, Paper, Commercial Projects, Packaging and Safety. Bruce currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Five Cities Association of Michigan and is a member of the JATC for Sheet Metal Workers Local 7, Zone 1. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and their four wonderful children.
Nicholas Zygadlo
Owner/Vice-President/CFO
Nick Zygadlo started his career at CSE Morse in May of 2002 as the Controller. Prior to that, Nick attended the Honors College at Michigan State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in December of 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Subsequent to graduation, Nick went to work for a large public accounting firm prior to accepting the invitation to become a part of CSE Morse. Nick transitioned from controller to Vice-President/CFO and part owner in November of 2006. He believes that the technical qualifications required for any job are just that, qualifiers. He believes it’s the ability to assess each individual situation and the dynamics of the people involved that set good managers apart from mediocre ones. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, trout fishing, hunting, gardening and cooking.
Steve McGuire

Steve McGuire is one of our long standing employees here at CSE Morse, Inc. Steve worked for the Morse Brothers company before it was purchased by CSE Sheet Metal. Now, after 20 plus years in the industry, Steve still enjoys the complex nature of the work he does and the challenges that come along with it. What makes it all worth it for Steve? Enjoying the people he works for and the people he works with. Steve is a certified scuba diver and enjoys boating and traveling. His favorite place to visit thus far is Maui, Hawaii. Anyone who knows Steve knows what a great sense of humor he has. His infectious laugh follows him wherever he goes!
