After nearly a decade working for a mechanical contractor Bruce started CSE Sheet Metal in 2001 with two other partners. By 2006, the two partners had either moved on or retired and Bruce became partners with Nick Zygadlo. The leadership and shared focus that they have is the foundation for the future of CSE Morse. Bruce has handled all kinds of sheet metal projects from custom fabrications to HVAC systems and everything in between. He has worked in all areas of the industry from Automotive, Food, Pharmaceutical, Paper, Commercial Projects, Packaging and Safety. Prior to that, Nick attended the Honors College at Michigan State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in December of 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Subsequent to graduation, Nick went to work for a large public accounting firm prior to accepting the invitation to become a part of CSE Morse. Nick transitioned from controller to Vice-President/CFO and part owner in November of 2006. He believes that the technical qualifications required for any job are just that, qualifiers. He believes it’s the ability to assess each individual situation and the dynamics of the people involved that set good managers apart from mediocre ones. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, trout fishing, hunting, gardening and cooking.
